Entering 25 years of business, TJ Custom Homes, first opened its doors in 1995. Owned and operated by Jeff Montgomery, a native of Romney, WV, and Frank T. (Tom) Taralla of Rivesville, WV, the company has successfully combined the owners many years of hands-on construction experience with their people and carpentery skills to form one of the most respected and profitable businesses in the homebuilding industry.
